The rebranded Treetops Primary and Junior Secondary school is advertising for the position of a Principal /School Manager. The role of the principal is to provide strategic leadership in the school system, work with the ministry of education and other key stakeholders. The Principal will liaise with the curriculum specialist at the ministry of education to develop standardized curricula, assess teaching methods, monitor student achievement, encourage parent involvement, revise policies and procedures, administer the budget, hire and evaluate staff and oversee facilities. The Principal will provide a conducive learning environment, and will be accountable to the board for the efficient and effective running of the school.
Bachelors degree in secondary education coupled with a wealth of experience in managing a school.
A masters degree in educational management will be an added advantage.
